3. AI Generation & Educational Disclaimer

Quiz generation is powered by advanced artificial intelligence models. While our system employs pedagogical verification instructions, AI output can occasionally contain factual oversights, omissions, or stylistic variations.

Educators, parents, and students are strongly encouraged to review generated questions and answer keys before conducting formal graded examinations. QuizCraft AI is an instructional aid and not an official examination board.

4. User-Submitted Study Materials & PDFs

You retain all rights to any original study notes or educational documents you upload to QuizCraft AI. You represent that you have the right to process any uploaded notes or texts for academic study and that uploaded materials do not violate applicable copyright laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass server rate limits, denial-of-service controls, or daily quotas.
• Upload malicious scripts, corrupted binaries, or offensive/non-educational material.
• Attempt prompt injections intended to extract server credentials or underlying system prompts.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect platform developments or legal obligations. Continued use of QuizCraft AI following any revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
